Village Tour Village Tour2 Memorial Day 1999

This series of photos was taken around the "Green" (more like a white if you ask me haha) in the winter of 1998-1999.

The Brick School house is just east of Boston Post Road and north of Main Street.  The building served as public primary education for the town of Amherst until at least the 1950s, having been built soon after the Civil War.   Currently the building is used by the SAU (School Administrative Unit.)  I think this is the administration department for Wilkins, Clark and the Middle School (see grade schools page).
